The student who successfully completes this dual major will gain academic excellence in Psychology, and the skills necessary to provide both independent living skills and vocational rehabilitation for clients with mental illness.

Graduate degree

The School of Psychology offers Masters Degree programs in Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology and Psychological Services. In addition, the School of Psychology also offers the professional degree program: The Professional Diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Fieldwork placement, independent study, and the Honors Courses provide students with opportunities to work closely with faculty on projects that examine social, cultural, clinical, cognitive, neuropsychological, developmental, and educational influences on behavior.

To better guide psychology majors through their academic experience, we offer a faculty advisement support system. We sponsor two organizations for students studying psychology, The Psychology Club and Psi Chi, the National Honor Society of Psychology.
