Teaching Philosophy

The teacher's role is to act as a player-coach. Students should be encouraged to participate and collaborate. Collectively we will be accountable to one another and responsible in creating a positive learning environment. The sharing of thoughts and ideas should occur in a safe, but not sanitized, environment and technology must be incorporated into most classes. These five essential elements are conducive to learning.
