Leasing Eligibility

Eligibility

Kean University reserves its right to limit East Campus Faculty Housing only to faculty residing outside of the New Jersey-New York metropolitan area. Kean University further reserves its right to terminate the lease of any resident at the end of a one-year lease term and before the expiration of the maximum three-year lease term in order to make the premises available. 

Lease Contract Period

Leases will generally be for a one (1) year period. Kean University will consider leases of shorter duration depending on circumstances.
