Office Hours and Contact

The Office of the Registrar / One Stop Service Center standard fall and spring semester hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours will be available for the beginning of each semester and the beginning of course registration for the upcoming semester.

For the beginning of the Fall 2026 semester from Tuesday, September 1, until Tuesday, September 8, the Office of the Registrar will be operate for in-person service under the following hours of operation:

  • Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday-Sunday: Closed

*Please note that the Office of the Registrar will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

Cougar Help Center

The Cougar Help Center is a dedicated phone service that can address student registration, financial aid, scholarship and billing inquiries. The Cougar Help Center can be reached by phone at (908) 737-0400 and operates six days a week:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Friday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
