KeanWISE Update
Beginning with Fall 2025 registration, a new cloud-based KeanWISE Self-Service portal will be available! Registration for Summer 2025 will continue in our current version of KeanWISE Self-Service.
While we continue to migrate student records, students and advisors are encouraged to use our current version of KeanWISE Self-Service. Not all student information and functionality may available in our new cloud-based version of KeanWISE Self-Service at this time. Additional details will be shared as they become available.
Summer and Fall 2025 Course Catalogs
The course catalogs for Summer and Fall 2025 are now available to view course sections. Registration eligibility dates very for Summer and Fall 2025 - view the registration eligibility groups for details. Official information regarding registration will be sent through Kean Email and posted online at www.kean.edu/register.

The Office of the Registrar / One Stop Service Center Hours of Operation are as follows:
- Monday, May 19, through Thursday, June 12: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Monday, June 16, through Thursday, June 19: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Monday, June 23, through Thursday, June 26: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Monday, June 30, through Thursday, July 3: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Monday, July 7, through Thursday, August 14: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Monday, August 18, through Friday, August 29: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Standard fall and spring semester hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours will be available for the beginning of each semester and the beginning of course registration for the upcoming semester.

Cougar Help Center
The Cougar Help Center is a dedicated phone service that can address student registration, financial aid, scholarship and billing inquiries. The Cougar Help Center can be reached by phone at (908) 737-0400 and operates six days a week:
- Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Friday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
