Kean Skylands runs various pre-college summer programs focused on experiential and immersive learning for High School aged students (age 13-18).

Do you enjoy being creative and making unique works of art? Want to explore fine art principles within the beauty of nature’s studio this summer? Join us for an engaging, fun and informative pre-college program that opens you to new realms of imagination and artistic techniques in a breathtaking landscape.

Open to all high school aged students, 13-18, Kean’s SkyARTS summer program is being held at Kean Skylands, located on over 40 acres of protected land in rural Jefferson Township, New Jersey.

Join us for a fun, informative and hands-on environmental science pre-college program that offers the opportunity to earn college credit or participate for personal enrichment.

Open to high school students entering freshman through senior years, Kean’s SkyLAB summer program is being held at Kean Skylands, located on over 40 acres of protected land in rural Jefferson Township, New Jersey.

Human Rights In Action

Historically, young people have been the agents of change. Do you want to create a more just and inclusive world? Join Kean University’s Human Rights Institute and the Diversity Council on Global Education and Citizenship this summer for Human Rights in Action, a summer program designed specifically for high school students looking to elevate their voices and build the tools needed to become a more effective advocate and ally.

Open to all high school aged students, 13-18, they are welcome to join one or both of the available sessions. This program will be run at three different Kean locations, our main campus in Union, Kean Ocean in Toms River and Kean Skylands in Jefferson Township.
