Processional begins at 8:30 a.m. Faculty members should arrive no later than 7 a.m. with their caps and gowns
for robing and processional lineup.

NOTE: All faculty members are required to participate in Undergraduate Commencement (unless a sick
day is taken or written authorization is received from the respective dean/executive director)

Please return this form to RoseAnn McKenney in the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Kean Hall, Room 107, no later than Monday, April 22.

Once the participation form has been completed and received, your packet containing formal invitations, parking and other information will be sent to you in interoffice mail.
