Every student has taken a unique path to their education. My teaching philosophy is based on the idea that each of us can learn more about the human experience and human behavior through listening to one another. In my class, lectures and discussions are evidence based and provide several opportunities to share observations and experiences.

The best part about teaching Kean University students is that they work hard in and out of the classroom. Many are the first in their families to attend college. This is one of the most diverse and energized campuses in the nation and we all benefit from this.
