Teaching Philosophy
My design and teaching practice are rooted in an anthropological approach to design, history, theory and criticism, with an emphasis on typography. I believe that design lies at the center of social, political and cultural boundaries. It not only plays a fundamental role in how we define the world around us, but is also capable of impacting, disrupting and shaping those boundaries.
