Teaching Philosophy
My primary responsibility as an instructor is to recognize students' strengths and work to expand them. I believe it is my role to be the first learner in the classroom, generating interest in my students' ideas, attitudes, values,and actions. I value teaching and learning through dialogue, where students can become authors of their own learning journeys.
