Winter Weather Announcement

All classes and activities at Kean Ocean will continue to be conducted remotely through Sunday, March 1, due to ongoing power issues.

This remote schedule applies only to Kean Ocean. Kean’s main campus in Union and Kean Skylands will operate as normal. 

Only essential personnel should report in person for work at Kean Ocean during this time. Employees with questions about their status should consult their supervisor.

Jazz & Roots Music Festival

Fast becoming a tradition in Union County and beyond, the Jazz & Roots Music Festival, produced by Kean and internationally acclaimed bassist/producer Mike Griot, offers professional jazz, blues and reggae in a beautiful outdoor setting on The Lawn at Enlow Hall. Previous festival artists have included Dianne Reeves, Third World, BLUES People, Judah Tribe, Big Funk featuring Don Braden & Karl Latham, Dizzy Gillespie Afro-Latin Experience, JSWISS, Dave Stryker Quartet, and the legendary Casey Benjamin.
