Honorarium

  1. Submit the W9 in pdf format as an attachment and send to the following email: coehonorarium@kean.edu     (You can access a fillable W9 form here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf)

  2. Fall semester cooperating teachers need to submit the honorarium form on Anthology/Chalk and Wire by 11/15.  (Payment can be expected near the end of January.)

  3. Spring semester cooperating teachers need to submit the honorarium form on Anthology/Chalk and Wire by 4/15. (Payment can be expected near the end of June.)
