Computer Science (Ph.D.) Admission Requirements

In addition to the University’s admission requirements:

• Baccalaureate or master's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or a closely related field

• Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 (lower GPAs will be considered based on overall application strength)

• Official transcripts from all institutions attended

• Three letters of recommendation

• Professional résumé/CV

• Statement of purpose

• Departmental interview may be required

• Official TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo score reports (International Students Only)

• Optional:  GRE (Graduate Record Examination)
