Campus Climate Survey
At Kean, we recognize that our cherished multiculturalism must be supported by policies and practices of inclusion, equity and equal access. To that end, Kean launched a Campus Climate Survey. The results of the survey were announced to the Kean community on Wednesday, October 12.
About the Survey
The Campus Climate Survey assessed where we are as an institution and where we want to go. This anonymous, confidential survey of Kean USA students, faculty and staff was conducted by the consulting firm Rankin & Associates.
The survey will guide Kean as it works to grow as a welcoming, inclusive and diverse university. Your experiences, opinions and voices matter, and every member of the campus community was encouraged to participate.
