Kean offers many resources to prepare students to transition from their undergraduate experience to their next phase of life through Career Development. This badge will help students to begin marketing their skills to kickstart their professional growth for future endeavors.
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
Becoming productive citizens who will actively contribute to the Kean community and beyond through Civic Engagement, this badge provides students with ample opportunities to give back and get involved in service events to explore and utilize their leadership qualities and innovation to help others.
GLOBAL & CULTURAL AWARENESS
In order for students to thrive in today’s global community, Kean offers many types of activities that allow students to expand their Global & Cultural Awareness. This badge highlights different events that will allow students to broaden their horizons and encourage engagement with diverse backgrounds.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Kean offers students complete Health & Wellness through different opportunities in health education, physical health, and mental/emotional health. This badge helps students to familiarize themselves with campus resources as well as assist in creating a healthy routine for themselves.

Building connections is essential to the college experience for students through Social Engagement. This badge highlights various opportunities for students to get involved in on-campus activities and to meet other students and professional staff.
