Teaching Philosophy
A university stands at the nexus of innovation and tradition. I draw on both to give my students the fullest experience possible. Providing content is only the most basic layer of teaching. The real task is helping students learn how to engage with the content. This is how they learn transferable skills that can benefit them in their professional, personal, and civic lives.
