Lisa A. Lowenthal, OTD
Lisa A. Lowenthal (she/her/hers) has been an occupational therapist for over 10 years. She received an entry-level Master of Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2013. She has also obtained her Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist, Certified Neuro Specialist, PWR! Certification, and LSVT-BIG certifications. In 2024, she received her PP-OTD from Columbia University with a focus on cognition.
Dr. Lowenthal’s clinical experience is primarily in acute care, with a focus on neurological rehabilitation. Her occupational therapy interests include stroke rehabilitation, functional cognition, safe discharge planning, and the unique role of occupational therapy in the hospital setting. Her personal interests include reading, going to the beach, spending time with friends/family, and staying active.
