Congratulations on taking the first steps towards your new degree at Kean University. As an employee or member of one of our KEANetwork Affiliates, you are eligible for the KEANetwork Benefits, including an Application Fee Waiver and a Tuition Discount for your degree. To ensure you receive the benefits you are eligible for, please follow the steps below when applying to Kean.
STEP ONE - APPLY
At the bottom of this page you will find an APPLY NOW link. Click on that to start your application. But, before you do, please read Steps Two through Five.
STEP TWO - Choose Your KEANetwork Affiliate
On page two of the Application (under Academic Intent) you will find a dropdown tab asking if you are applying in association with the Kean Educational Affiliation Network? Choose the company or association you are affiliated with under this tab. Please note that proof will be requested prior to receiving a discount.
STEP THREE - Submit your application and add your Application Fee Waiver Code
Type in the application fee waiver code provided by your KEANetwork representative. If your company or organization is part of the KEANetwork and you need the application fee waiver code, please feel free to email KEANetwork@kean.edu, call 908-737-4444 or ask your company's or organization's representative.
STEP FOUR - Fill out the KEANetwork New Student Questionnaire
Click this link and fill out a short KEANetwork New Student Questionnaire. NEW STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE It will ensure you’re properly tracked and receive the benefits you deserve.
STEP FIVE - Reach out to you KEANetwork Representative
The last step is to send an email to your KEANetwork Representative at KEANetwork@kean.edu or call 908-737-4444 and receive instructions on how to have your Tuition Discount applied for the upcoming semester.
