Author and investigative reporter Jodi Kantor, of The New York Times, and critically acclaimed actress and Kean alumna Holly Taylor ’21 will be the featured speakers at Kean University’s graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremonies in May.
Kean students will explore the topic of disability justice through the University’s next Common Read selection, The Future Is Disabled, a collection of essays by disabled author Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha.
Showing Kean University’s strength in numbers, President Lamont O. Repollet, Ed.D., will host a Mid-Year Convocation on Thursday, March 2, to share data updating Kean’s progress in addressing equity gaps.
