Q: When and where is the event?
A: The event takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Kean Skylands, 243 Mount Paul Road, Oak Ridge, NJ 07438. We strongly encourage you to use Google Maps, not Apple maps.

A: Sustainability in Bloom is a free, family-friendly community day celebrating nature, sustainability, and community engagement. Guests can enjoy fun and educational activities while exploring the beautiful 40-acre Kean Skylands campus.

Q: Do I need to RSVP?

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, free parking is available on-site with an additional overflow parking off-site. Some ADA spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Follow event signage for designated parking areas. Overflow parking information will be shared closer to the event date. Make sure to RSVP for updates!
Q: Is the venue accessible?
A: Yes, Kean Skylands’ buildings are accessible to individuals with mobility concerns. Our grounds and hiking trails are more rugged, but there are walkways between the buildings.
What to Bring & Guidelines
Q: Can I bring food and drinks?
A: Yes! Guests are encouraged to bring snacks or a small picnic to enjoy while exploring the scenic campus.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Dress for the weather! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes suitable for outdoor activities. Since it’s a spring event, consider dressing in layers in case of varying weather conditions.

A: We encourage guests to bring:
- A reusable water bottle.
- A picnic or snacks if they’d like to enjoy on campus.
