My journey in mathematics began in the heart of New York City, where I was born and raised. Uncertain about my academic path, I enrolled at The College of New Jersey as a mechanical engineering major. However, I soon discovered the beauty of mathematics, and ultimately completed my Bachelor's in Mathematics, which laid the groundwork for my future endeavors. My passion for mathematics led me to pursue a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at the University of Louisville.
After completing my Ph.D., I returned to my roots in New Jersey with a mission—to inspire and empower students from diverse backgrounds to appreciate the beauty and practicality of mathematics. As a professor at Kean University, I have strived to create an inclusive learning environment, blending enthusiasm, clarity, and a profound understanding of mathematics to make even the most complex concepts accessible to students of all levels.
Beyond the classroom, I remain committed to pushing the boundaries of mathematics through cutting-edge research. My work not only expands mathematical knowledge but also finds practical applications in various industries.
