Congratulations on your acceptance to Kean University! You are cordially invited to our required Graduate New Student Orientation. You will have the chance to meet your fellow classmates, speak with your program coordinator, and learn about the many student support services available to Kean graduate students!

Submit your Health and Immunization Records
The State of New Jersey mandates that all students submit immunization records. For details on requirements, forms and how to submit this information, please click here.
Contact your Program Coordinator for Academic Advisement
Contact your Academic Program Coordinator listed in your acceptance letter to schedule your pre-registration advisement appointment for assistance with selecting courses. Don't know your program coordinator just yet? Click here and select your program from our alphabetical list.
Register for Classes
We make it easy for you to select your classes. You can either register online through KeanWISE, or contact Graduate Admissions or the OneStop Service Center for support during regular business hours. Here are the options:
- KeanWISE: Using your own computer, log into your KeanWISE account and register for classes yourself. It's fast an easy, and we have a video tutorial to help if you need it.
- Register during regular business hours through the Graduate Admissions team at (908) 737-4723 or gradadmissions@kean.edu, or through the One Stop Service Center at (908) 737-0400 or regme@kean.edu.
Pay Your Tuition Bill
After confirming your financial aid, view your tuition bill in KeanWISE and make a single, one-time payment or enroll in a tuition payment plan.
