Immunizations
To safeguard the health and safety of the Kean community, students attending in-person classes or accessing any University facilities must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
All students, including Kean Online students and those requesting exemptions, are required to submit a COVID-19 Vaccine Form via the Student Health Portal. New students are also required to submit additional vaccination records.
The Immunization Requirements Form, which is required for new students only, and the COVID-19 Vaccine Form that is required for both new and returning students are available via the Student Health Portal. Click on the buttons below for directions to access and submit both forms.

**Returning students do not need to resubmit vaccination records already on file with the University.

New Jersey State law mandates that Kean University complies with the Department of Health and Senior Services Immunization Regulations. Failure to submit your immunizations by the required dates may result in an immunization hold restriction being placed on your account. This restriction may prevent you from registering for future semesters and receiving grades.
