At Kean University, we are committed to nurturing and strengthening the relationship between faith-based communities and society. President Lamont Repollet's call for action prompted the creation of the Faith Based Policy Institute, aligning with the university's outreach goals. Our mission is to address the social, economic, and spiritual aspirations of faith-based communities and foster collaborative efforts to ensure their success.

FEMA's NONPROFIT SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM (NSGP) FY2024 SPRING WEBINAR SERIES
The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Grant Programs Directorate (GPD) invites interested organizations to attend upcoming webinars regarding the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP). The NSGP is a competitive grant awarded to nonprofit organizations at high risk of a terrorist or other extremist attack for the purposes of facility hardening and other security enhancements.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships (DHS Center) fosters partnerships between government and faith-based organizations (FBOs) to increase the nation’s resilience by creating trust and developing relationships.
