Poster Presentations
Poster presenters will have the opportunity to present their research and creative work in the Virtual Poster Symposium on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. Student presenters will create poster files and will have the option to include an accompanying pre-recorded video. Detailed information on the preparation of Poster files and pre-recorded videos will be shared with presenters in the coming weeks.
This year we have a cap on the number of digital poster file submission. A maximum of 500 posters will be accepted on a first come-first-served basis and displayed on the website. We strongly encourage students to register early and to team up and limit the number of poster file submissions.
Poster File Format: Poster presenters will create poster files that will be uploaded to the event website along with a short video/audio snippet describing the poster and research project (if provided). File formats that will be accepted are PowerPoint (PPT), JPEG, and PDFs. More information regarding dates, uploading instruction, and poster formats will be coming soon.
