The Kean Cougar surprised students around campus with roses and a box of chocolates for Valentine’s Day, but to win the Cougar’s affection, students had to answer one important question: What’s the Cougar's name?

Kean University celebrates the month of February 2022 as Black History Month and is rededicated to studying, honoring and championing the Black community — not just this month, but every day thereafter. 

The Kean USA executive leadership team sends greetings to the WKU community to mark the Lunar New Year, the year of the tiger.

This Kean-centric serenade features Marcus McPherson, a sophomore theatre performance major; Abigail Fabe, a senior studying music education; and freshman biology/health professions student Kendra Smith.

Kean has made improvements to many of its athletic facilities, including Harwood Arena, the track at Alumni Stadium, baseball and softball fields and more, and student-athletes and coaches say it's helping Kean’s sports teams excel.
