The University Senate and its committees communicate recommendations to the President on such matters as faculty affairs, curriculum, instruction, student affairs, finances and other matters relevant to the welfare of Kean University.
Senate meetings are open for anyone to attend.

OUR FIRST FULL SENATE MEETING OF THE SPRING SEMESTER IS NEXT TUESDAY, JANUARY 20th.
The First Meeting of the Full Senate for the Spring Semester will be
Tuesday, January 20th 2026 @ 3:20pm in Kean Hall Room 127.
The entire University Community is welcome to attend in person.
Light snack-like refreshments will be served!

We will have Committee Reports from the Co-Chairs of the Distance Learning Committee, Cailin O'Connor & Halyna Testerman, as well as the Chair of the Academic Technology & Multimedia Committee, Jake Saunders.
