Andrew Rubin, MBA
Professor Andrew Rubin is an adjunct professor in the Accounting and Finance Department at the College of Business and Public Management. Prof. Rubin has been teaching higher education for 14 years. Before becoming an educator, he worked for 30+ years managing and leading in different industries: hospitality, dotcoms, and retail technology. He has held many titles: Manager, Kitchen Manager, General Manager, Brand Manager, Production Manager, Controller and Director of Operations.
When Prof. Rubin is not teaching or studying, he is spending time with family and friends having fun and exploring. He is also an avid golfer who plays wherever he travels as a family. He also volunteers at community events whether it be with scouts, his temple or giving platelets on a regular basis. He has incorporated community service into several courses that he teaches live. He believes we have a responsibility to help make the world a better place.
