Deciphering Feedback from Grant Reviewers
Resubmitting is a large part of the grantseeking process, and interpreting and strategizing feedback from grant reviewers is a critical component to resubmission success.
In this session, we'll look at the common elements of the feedback process with federal reviewers, including how to weigh the feedback, how to respond, and when to decide if a resubmission is the right choice.

Time: 12pm ET / 9am PT

Facilities and Beyond: Describing Your Institutional Setting
This webinar will show how to leverage the unique characteristics of your research environment—including its geographical setting, infrastructure, and intangible resources—when building your case to sponsors for funding research at your institution. We’ll offer advice for maximizing the Facilities & Other Resources narrative of an NIH proposal. We’ll also show how your institutional setting can be a strength for other sections of a proposal, such as the background, methodology, training plans, sustainability plans, and even biosketches.
In this webinar you will learn:
1. Why “place” matters for research.
2. Where to find data to build your facilities descriptions.
3. How to describe your institutional environment in a clear, effective and compelling way.
For many large-scale grants, funders are aiming to foster cross-sector and community engagement to maximize the impact of their awards and solve complex challenges. This webinar will review key considerations and best practices for engaging partners and stakeholders in the grant development process to ensure that impact is realized.

In our latest webinar, “Building Better (and EO compliant) Broader Impacts", we clear up all of this and more. We spend time dissecting NSF’s new rules, show examples of great BI plans, and share strategies for writing an excellent one so your proposal never gets declined based on your Broader Impacts again.
Dissecting NSF’s New Broader Impacts Rules webinar
In our latest webinar, we distilled the latest information from our contacts inside, lawyers and experts, including "Updates on NSF Priorities" and the utter destruction of NSF as we have known it.
We talk about…
- What does this mean for broadening participation?
- Which grants (1400 and counting) are being terminated, and why?
- What do the eliminations of divisions and rotators mean?
- What areas will be prioritized moving forward?
- What will the final award review process look like and mean for the proposal process?
