Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer (TT)
The University recognizes that part of its mission as an interactive public university is to serve as a major resource for regional advancement. Therefore, the University seeks to encourage and reward activities that may lead to the development of intellectual property for the public good.
Technology Transfer (TT) assists in this objective by supporting entrepreneurial activities, helping university researchers identify and protect intellectual property, and facilitating the commercialization of discoveries and innovations. TT provides guidance and information on university policies and procedures relating to intellectual property and is the liaison office for outside interested parties.
