Campus Housing Work Orders
Students are encouraged to submit work order requests for issues that they see in their rooms. Once a request is approved or denied the student will receive an e-mail granting the requests and given them a work order number or denying their work request with an explanation of why it was denied.
Please follow these steps to complete a work order request (the following are required fields):
- Step 1: Log in to Asset Essentials.
- After logging in, you will automatically be taken to the My Requests page.
- Step 2: Create a New Request
- Click + New to begin a new work order request.
- Step 3: Complete the Request Details.
After submitting a work request, you will automatically be taken to your My Request summary page. This will allow you to see a summary list of all requests that you have submitted and their status.
