Supera Summer Academy
Supera invites you to participate in the Summer Academy this July. This program is designed to help you strengthen your English proficiency and prepare for college-level studies. The Summer Academy supports a smooth transition from high school to college by offering tuition-free education and inclusive benefits such as on-campus housing, meals, recreational activities, and essential academic materials like textbooks.
Participants must have completed the ESL Placement Test and registered for the Fall 2026 semester in order to be considered for the summer academy.
Participants will benefit from:
- ESL workshop and GE 1000 course
- Free on-campus housing
- Free meals
- Academic advising
- Financial information sessions
- Leadership development workshops
- And a variety of other educational and recreational activities
Summer Academy Orientation - Monday, July 6, 2026
Parents and students must attend the mandatory orientation session, scheduled from 9:30 am to 11:30 am in room 106 in the Center for Academic Success (CAS). During this orientation, we will discuss essential topics, including program overview, student norms and conduct, satisfactory academic progress (SAP), financial aid, ESL sequence, dormitory rules, and the weekly schedule.
Note: To confirm your participation in the Summer Academy, please complete the form provided by the Admissions Office alongside your acceptance letter.
If Kean University is your preferred choice, please follow these steps
- Secure your spot by submitting the $95 tuition deposit
- Apply for financial aid by completing the FAFSA 2026-2027 form or the alternative HESAA form
- Schedule an ESL Placement Test appointment.
- Provide your vaccination record, including Hepatitis and MMR.
- Register for classes
- Attend the new student orientation
