Design Pre-College Program


The Robert Busch School of Design, Michael Graves College at Kean University is accepting applications for its summer Precollege Program: Design Camp, a four-week design program for students ages 15-17 years old — enthusiastic campers interested in advertising design, graphic design, interior design, or industrial design.

Thinking Creatively Design Campers will work with Kean design faculty, visiting professional designers, and art directors in a fun, creative, and collaborative environment to develop original design solutions to real-world assignments and expand creative thinking.

ACTIVITIES include individual studio projects, a professionally organized design charrette, a field trip to a professional studio and / or design event, critiques, group and team studio projects, final portfolio exhibition and reception.

The MGC PRECOLLEGE PROGRAM: DESIGN CAMP In response to COVID-19, the MGC Precollege Program has unfortunately been CANCELLED for Summer 2020.

THE COST Kean University is in the process of issuing refunds to participants.
