Teaching Philosophy
I empower students to design their version of a healthy and thriving life using experiential knowledge, research, and foundational tools. I aim to cultivate a competent workforce by using a student-centered teaching approach that integrates the eight dimensions of wellness, the social determinants of health, and the socio-ecological model of health.
