Set Up Your Kean Graduate Student Account
After completing your steps to enrollment, you can begin accessing your Kean Email and KeanWise.
1. Kean Email
Your Kean Email is the university’s official communication channel and is powered by Microsoft Outlook. Be sure to check it regularly for important updates and announcements.
2. KeanWISE
KeanWISE is Kean University’s student information system, where you can register for classes, view your course schedule, check for registration holds, make payment, and review your academic and financial records.
To get started, log in through here to access your Kean Email, KeanWISE, and more using the credentials provided in your acceptance letter and application portal. Remember to complete your Okta Verify setup for full access.

Graduate Students who applied for financial aid should review their status before registering.
Be sure to:
- Confirm FAFSA submission (if applicable)
- Review awards and accept or decline offers in KeanWISE

FAFSA Help
How do I complete the FAFSA?
You can complete your FAFSA online at studentaid.gov using Kean University’s school code: 002622.
Need to make a correction?
Log back into studentaid.gov and select your FAFSA to make updates or corrections.
Having trouble submitting your FAFSA?
Contact the Federal Student Aid Information Center for support via phone, live chat, or email.
Verification & Documentation
I was selected for verification—what does that mean?
Some students are required to submit additional documents to confirm the accuracy of their FAFSA.

Applied for a Graduate Assistantship?
Graduate Assistantships (GA) offer admitted students the opportunity to gain professional experience while receiving financial support during their graduate studies. To be considered, students must be admitted to join the GA applicant pool. Placement is competitive and based on qualifications and available positions.

Graduate students can use Student Accounting to:
