Teaching Philosophy
Learn best by doing. Retain best by doing what you love. I allow students to pitch their own project briefs to me, and so long as it fits the overall project objectives and general deliverables, students are free to explore their own interpretations. Fostering an early connection between the student's work and the bigger picture behind their work encourages critical thinking and real-world problem solving skills as habit instead of technique.
