Registration Information
With your acceptance packet, you received log-in information for Kean’s registration portal, KeanWISE. After meeting with your advisor, use that information to register for classes, check your progress toward degree completion, pay your bill, and much more.
Before Your First Class
Before you head to your first classes, be prepared. Register your vehicle so that you can park on campus, find out what textbooks you need for your classes, and sign up for the Campus Alert system that will notify you of important University announcements such as closures. You should also make sure that you have submitted all necessary forms to the Office of Health Services.
Financing Your Education
Kean University is dedicated to providing a comprehensive, world-class education at affordable and competitive rates. We also offer a number of programs which aid students in financing their education so their academic and social experience can remain their top priority.
Student Life
Student life at the Skylands campus is active; many of our students can be found on campus long after their classes have ended. With 10 hiking trails and a lake right on our property, there are many activities available. Students at the Skylands campus are also invited to take part in any of the university’s 160+ clubs and organizations, as well as on and off-campus trips and service projects. You can even join or start a club and/or chapter specific to our location. Skylands also holds events that allow students to get involved and help the local community. Visit Cougar Link or contact the Director of Operations regarding service opportunities at Skylands. Be sure to log your activities on your Co-Curricular Transcript. Community service can help you stand out in today's competitive workforce.
