Kean University has joined nine other New Jersey public universities and colleges in issuing a call for the 120,000 state residents who attend higher education institutions out of state to transfer to a New Jersey school and help rebuild the state as a part of a new Scholar Corps program.
More than 1,700 Kean students shared their research in fields ranging from biology to business as the University’s annual Research Days conference became a virtual experience amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Danielle Servedio, Psy.D, a lecturer at Kean Skylands in Jefferson Township, holds degrees in marriage and family therapy and clinical art therapy. Her work focuses on using art and nature to create optimal healing environments for patient care.

From middle school students sketching copies of famous artworks, to senior citizen groups and others marveling at “flying machines,” thousands of visitors have toured Da Vinci — Inventions since it opened at Kean University’s Liberty Hall Academic Center & Exhibition Hall in January.
