Out-Of-State Accepted Student Night: June 7 @ 6:30 p.m.
Attention accepted students from beyond the Garden State: celebrate your acceptance to Kean University at Virtual Accepted Student Night!
Accepted students from out-of-state are invited to log-in for Kean University's Virtual Accepted Student Night. This is your chance to learn tips and tricks for finalizing enrollment, preparing to live on campus, and for building a campus network in advance of the fall semester. Kean's Virtual Accepted Student Night is hosted on our Student Bridge platform and will feature live presentations and on-demand content.
Registration is required and students who RSVP on or before May 31 will have a Cougars Climb Higher t-shirt mailed to their door! After you RSVP, you will receive a confirmation email for how to log-in to the event. Parents’ Panel Discussion: June 13 @ 6:30 p.m.
Attention parents and guardians of incoming Kean University freshmen! Join us on Tuesday, June 13 at 6:30 p.m. for Inside the Cougar's Den, a panel discussion with parents of Kean students and alumni! Our special guests will discuss what it's like to transition from high school to college, how to handle adversity, and share secret tips and tricks for making the most of your student's time at Kean. RSVP is required to access the zoom link.
Attention Transfer Students: Visit Kean on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 to begin your climb higher!
Accepted transfer students are invited to visit Kean to start preparing for the fall semester. You will have the opportunity to meet future classmates, network with key campus offices, and learn how to navigate campus.
Our staff will be available to assist with important steps to enrollment right on the spot, including placing your tuition deposit, scheduling academic advisement appointments, and navigating KeanWISE for course registration (if applicable).
Graduate Students Climb Higher Night: June 27 @ 6 p.m.
Are you an incoming Graduate student ready to Climb to New Heights in 20223 and beyond?
The fall semester is approaching, and Kean University wants to ensure you are ready to hit the ground running! During this casual in-person event, you can complete steps to enrollment (including placing your tuition deposit), meet future classmates, and address needs with academic leadership. Best of all, you'll be able to preview our beautiful main campus in Union, New Jersey.
All incoming Kean Union new freshmen students are required* to attend these important new student events. They will give students an overview to prepare to start the school year. The sessions include learning how to navigate campus, registering for classes, finding out about campus support services, meeting your new classmates and building meaningful connections.
*Please note that participation in NSO & NSE is mandatory for ALL incoming new freshmen students, even if the student does not intend to live on-campus housing during the school year.
