Course Evaluations

Kean University will implement the Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys platform beginning in Fall 2026. The new platform will provide an enhanced course evaluation experience for students and faculty while integrating with the University’s Watermark Planning & Self-Study system, allowing course evaluation data to support annual assessment, institutional planning, accreditation, and reporting processes.

Implementation Timeline

• Summer I 2026: Course evaluations will continue to be administered through Campus Labs.
• Summer II 2026: Pilot implementation of Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys.
• Fall 2026: Full implementation of Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys.

Training and Support

The Office of Accreditation and Assessment (OAA) will provide training sessions, user guides, and additional resources throughout the implementation process to ensure a smooth transition for faculty and academic units. 

Historical Course Evaluation Reports

Effective June 30, 2026, access to the Campus Labs platform will no longer be available.

Historical course evaluation reports from Fall 2019 through Summer I 2026 have been downloaded from Campus Labs and securely stored in the OAA's digital repository. OAA will continue to maintain these records for future reference and reporting purposes.

Faculty may request copies of their individual course evaluation reports by completing the Faculty Course Evaluation Report Request Form and providing the applicable college, term(s), and program information.

Deans and Department Chairs will be provided access to their respective college and department folders. They may also submit requests through the Deans/Chairs - Faculty Course Evaluation Report Request Form if needed.
