Upcoming Transition to Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys
Kean University will transition to Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys beginning in Fall 2026. The new platform will integrate with the University's Watermark Planning & Self-Study system, allowing course evaluation data to support annual assessment, planning, and reporting processes.
Implementation Timeline
- Summer I 2026: Course evaluations will continue to be administered through Campus Labs.
- Summer II 2026: Pilot implementation of Watermark.
- Fall 2026: Full implementation of Watermark Course Evaluations and Surveys.
Training and Support
The Office of Accreditation and Assessment will provide training sessions, user guides, and additional resources throughout the implementation process.
Historical Reports
Faculty course evaluation reports from Fall 2019 through Spring 2026 will remain available. Requests for access to historical reports may be submitted to the Office of Accreditation and Assessment.
