Kean University cares about its employees' health and well-being and recognizes that various issues can impact and potentially disrupt personal and work lives. As a part of our ongoing commitment to your Well-Being, we now bring you the AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Previously Carebridge Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
AllOne Health offers various customized tools and services to fit your changing needs. Your Assistance Program can help you reduce stress, improve mental health, and make life easier by connecting you to the right information, resources, and referrals.
This is a confidential benefit provided by Kean at no cost to you.
All full-time employees are eligible to access AllOne Health EAP, as well as any related family members and/or individuals residing within your immediate household. Children living outside the household, up to age 26, are also eligible to access AllOne Health EAP.
AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program Benefit Overview
6 mental health counseling sessions per concern, per individual per year*
Sessions offered in person or via telehealth (video/phone/chat)
No charge is involved for visits by the employee or the covered family member to the AllOne Health EAP.
*If further counseling or health services are recommended, the EAP counselor will assist employees in transitioning to another provider that is in-network to the employees current health plan
6 life coaching telehealth sessions per individual per year
No charge is involved for visits by the employee or the covered family member to the AllOne Health EAP.
Reach personal and professional goals, manage life transitions, overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, and achieve greater balance.
Build financial wellness related to budgeting, buying a home, paying off debt, resolving general tax questions, preventing identity theft, and saving for retirement or tuition.
Receive referrals for personal legal matters including estate planning, wills, real estate, bankruptcy, divorce, custody, and more.
Work-Life Resources and Referrals
Obtain information and referrals when seeking childcare, adoption, special needs support, eldercare, housing, transportation, education, and pet care.
Save time with referrals for travel and entertainment, seeking professional services, cleaning services, home food delivery, and managing everyday tasks.
Get help navigating insurance, obtaining doctor referrals, securing medical equipment, and planning for transitional care and discharge.
Confidentiality
All consultations between an employee or a covered family member and the AllOne Health EAP counselor are strictly confidential.
Member Portal and the AllOne Health App
Instantly access 24/7/365 mental health support with self-scheduled virtual counseling sessions, on-demand self-help resources, and guidance from Izzy, your AI navigator. Download the AllOne Health App and use the member portal access code below to sign up.
