Professional Development and Training Resources
Kean is committed to creating an exceptional learning environment, not just for our students, but also our faculty and staff. We strive to make a variety of professional development and training resources available to all employees. This is designed to support individual growth and development, and also benefit the entire campus community.
The following resources are available to everyone on campus. If you have any questions about a specific resource or are looking for support to choose a resource for yourself, or the staff you supervise, please contact Muhammad Hassan at firstname.lastname@example.org or Nicole Ferree at email@example.com.
This calendar is maintained jointly by Employee Relations and the Nancy Thompson Library Learning Commons and lists workshops and seminars led by various departments at Kean.
All Kean employees have access to LinkedIn Learning and can log in using their Kean credentials through Single Sign On. LinkedIn Learning provides an expansive library of courses by topic. LinkedIn Learning’s platform allows you to choose training interest areas, set weekly goals to help achieve personal objectives.
This collaborative learning tool offers free courses on a variety of subjects taught by nationally recognized scholars and leaders in their respective fields. Many courses are free, but the accompanying certification may require a fee.
