Employee Assistance Program
Kean University cares about its employees' health and well-being and recognizes that various issues can impact and potentially disrupt personal and work lives. As a part of our ongoing commitment to Well-Being at Work, we now bring you the Carebridge Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Effective July 1, 2023, Carebridge EAP will offer various customized tools and services to fit your changing needs. From prevention to intervention, Carebridge can help. This is a confidential benefit provided by Kean at no cost to you.
All full-time employees are eligible to access Carebridge EAP, as well as any related family members and/or individuals residing within your immediate household. Children living outside the household, up to age 26, are also eligible to access Carebridge EAP.
Just a few of the new and expanded offerings include:
- Six mental health counseling sessions per concern, per individual, per year
- Six life coaching telehealth sessions per individual, per year
- Unlimited telephone support for guidance on topics such as childcare, eldercare, relocation, pet care services, legal referral and financial education
You will also have access to podcasts, articles, videos and webinars.
