The One Stop Service Center of the Office of the Registrar assists students with navigating and maintaining their student records and registration at Kean University.
Spring 2026 Registration - Extended Hours
The Office of the Registrar will have extended hours for the beginning of Spring 2026 registration. Our hours of operation are as follows:
- Tuesday, October 28: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 29: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday, October 30: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, October 31: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Monday, November 3: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Tuesday, November 4: Closed (Election Day)
- Wednesday, November 5: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday, November 6: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, November 7: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Standard operating hours of Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., resume Monday, November 10.
Cougar Help Center
The Cougar Help Center is a dedicated phone service that can address student registration, financial aid, scholarship and billing inquiries. The Cougar Help Center can be reached by phone at (908) 737-0400 and operates six days a week:
- Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Friday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Hours of Operation
The Office of the Registrar / One Stop Service Center standard fall and spring semester hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours will be available for the beginning of each semester and the beginning of course registration for the upcoming semester.
