The One Stop Service Center is the hub for assisting newly accepted and continuing students with navigating Kean University.

Cougar Help Center

The Cougar Help Center is a dedicated phone service that can address student registration, financial aid, scholarship and billing inquiries. The Cougar Help Center can be reached by phone at (908) 737-0400 and operates six days a week:

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Hours of Operation

The Office of the Registrar / One Stop Service Center Hours of Operation, through Monday, October 28, are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours will be available for the beginning of Winter and Spring 2025 course registration.
